Verna Faye Yantis, age 79 of West Milton, Ohio died Saturday, December 8, 2001 at the Harborside Healthcare Center, Troy, Ohio. She was born of the late, Frank and Alma Ora Locke Taylor. Preceded in death by her husband, Glen Yantis in 1981; her son, Richard Badgley; stepsons, Bobby and Lawrence Yantis; stepdaughters, Helen Dunn and Deloris Wilkinson; three brothers, Delbert, Floyd and Leo Taylor and two sisters, Grace Campbell and Cozy Taylor. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Diana Yantis and Ronald and Sharon Yantis; stepsons, Richard and Mona Yantis; Joseph Yantis and Paul and Nancy Yantis; stepdaughters, Mary Frost; Ruby and Jack Pelfrey and Dorothy Shoup; sisters, Mayme Boatman and Martha Bollien; brother-in-law, Kenneth Campbell and sister-in-law, Reggie Taylor; 36 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Church of God and an adult Sunday School teacher.
