Obituary
Tracey L. Harvey, age 44, of Troy passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at home. She was born on August 22, 1973 in Norfolk, VA to Clyde L. and Myrna J. (Fine) Richard. Tracey was married for 22 years to David A. Harvey.
Tracey is survived by her son, Samuel Louis Harvey and several brothers and sisters.
Tracey was a graduate of the Ryan Academy in Norfolk, VA. Tracey was a homemaker and took care of her family.
