Tony L. Sage, 53, of Troy, Ohio died on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, Ohio after a brief illness. He was born on September 3, 1952 in Piqua, Ohio to Paul V. Sage and the late Patricia R. Neves Sage. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law; Lisa and Ken Crabtree of Troy, OH; niece, Mandy Crabtree of Covington, OH; nephew, Kenneth A. Scoob Crabtree of Troy, OH and special family, Tony & Lisa Vanchure and their children, Megan, Ashley and Christopher. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Troy; Miami County Moose Lodge; active in the Echo Hill Kennel Club and former member of Troy Police Auxiliary. He was a 1972 graduate of Troy High School. He was employed with the Troy City Schools since 1985. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 27, 2006 at 11:00am at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. Friends may call on the family on Sunday, February 26, 2006 from 2-5pm at the Baird Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
