Thomas M. Fulton, age 82, of Troy, OH passed away on September 9, 2021 at his residence surrounded by family.  He was born on March 27, 1939 in Dayton, OH, to the late George Kerr and Elizabeth L. (Morrow) Fulton.

Tom is survived by his wife of 56 years, Barbara (Sutherly) Fulton; son and daughter-in-law: Dr. John P. and Kate Fulton of Troy; son-in-law: Brian Bensman of Troy; grandchildren: Adam Bensman; Luke and Harlan Fulton; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Joyce Fulton; Richard and Rita Sutherly; Bonnie Sutherly and Carol Sutherly all of Troy and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his daughter: Catherine Fulton Bensman; grandson: Jacob Brian Bensman; brother: William Fulton; sister: Nancy (Walter)McClory; brothers-in-law: James, Robert, John and William Sutherly.

Tom was a 1957 graduate of Miami Central School.  He was also a 1963 graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Agricultural Engineering.  While at Ohio State, he was a member of Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity.  Tom played basketball and softball for years before taking up volleyball.  He became a volleyball enthusiast and travelled across the USA eventually participating in the Senior Olympics.  Tom was an avid snowmobiler and enjoyed going to Michigan with his family and friends.  Tom was an avid supporter of sporting events at Ohio State, Wittenberg and Miami East.  He was a member of the Miami East Hall of Fame, along with his son.  Tom spent a lifetime on Fulton Farm, where he oversaw field and harvesting operations.  He was a member of PACI and both the Ohio and Miami County Farm Bureaus.  He was a member of Cove Spring Church.  Above all else, Tom's greatest love was supporting his children and grandchildren in their sporting and livestock activities.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH.  Burial will follow in Casstown Cemetery in Casstown, OH.  The family will receive friends from 4:00–8:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
