Thomas R. Rupert, age 62, of Troy, OH passed away on August 18, 2019 at the Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH.  Tom was born on August 22, 1956 in Troy, OH to the late Kenneth R. and Opal (Warren) Rupert.

Tom is survived by his brothers:  Terry and Tim Rupert both of Troy.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother: Tracy Rupert.

Tom was a 1975 graduate of Miami East High School.
