THOMAS W. BLANKENSHIP

Thomas W. Blankenship, age 69, of Troy, OH passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy.  He was born on January 11, 1952 in Miami County, OH to the late Kenneth W. and Opal Mae (Swartz) Blankenship.

He is survived by his half brothers and sisters:  Kenneth D. (Deb) Blankenship, Jeffry Blankenship, Peggy (Steven) Evans, Debra Blankenship, Pauline Sage, Cindy Blankenship and Della (Robert) Rike and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half sister: Teresa Leah Blankenship and his grandparents who raised him: Mary and Jay Swartz.

Tom was a graduate of Graham High School.  He was employed with Riverside MRDD of Troy and also worked with horses at the Miami County Fairgrounds.
