Therese Terry A. Dyas of Troy, Ohio, passed away at the age of 73 on Monday, June 17, 2002. She was born April9, 1929 in Cleveland, Ohio the daughter of the late Emil and Beatrice Broz Zeleznik. She leaves her beloved husband of years, Charles R. Dyas. She was the loving mother of daughters, Carol Peter Poninsky of Pittsburg, PA; Diane William Twiss 0f Troy; Linda Dean Fite of Burlington, KY; Therese Charles Neack Dyas,Jr. of Seattle, WA and Nancy Jeffery Niemer of Cincinnati and sons, Charles Kathy Dyas, Jr. of Cincinnati and Thomas Kathryn Dyas of Piqua and grandmother of eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Terry also leaves behind her dearly beloved aunt, Wilma Scheideman of Solon and sisters, Rita Schmidt of South Bend IN; Beatrice Morris of Chillicothe, OH and Emily Viland of Chagrin Falls, OH. Terry worked as a legal secretary and payroll accountant for the law firm of Faust, Harrelson, Fulker, McCarthy and Schlemmer in Troy, Ohio for over 30 years. She was a parishoner of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Troy. She was a member of the Working Women's Golf League and the St. Patrick's Golf League. She bowled for over 20 years in Troy, participating in the national tournament in Reno, NV, as well as state and local tournaments. She was a long-time member of the TWIG Card Club and the Elks Ladies Social Club. Mass of Chrisitan burial will be held 10:00AM Friday, June 21, 2002 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy. Interment will be in Riverside Cemeteery, Troy. Friends may call at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy from 3-5 and 7-9 Thursday, June 20.
