Theodore R. Jacobs, Jr. is survived by his wife of 38 years, Rebecca WelbaumJacobs; two daughters and son-in-law, Patricia Ann Looper and Diana and Barry Duncan; two brothers, Robert Jacobs and Sidney Jacobs; two sisters, Marie Stover and Rebecca Mallone and two grandchildren, Amanda Duncan and Justin Morales.

Contibutions were made to Hospice.
