Terry is susrvived by his mother, Mary Eileen Mitchell of Troy, Ohio; sons and daughters-in-law, Steven Carol Alan Wale of Troy; Russell Eugene Newhouse of Troy; James Stefanie Lawrence Newhouse of Troy and Ezekiel Beauregard Shurts of Troy.  A daughter and son-in-law, Terri Nicole Ronald Nischwitz of Bradford, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Eugene Newhouse and a brother John Edward 'Kickstand' Newhouse.
