Terry Allen Maxwell, 37, of Troy died Saturday, March 29, 2003 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born September 6, 1965 to Earl and June Wright Maxwell, and they survive. He is also survived by his wife, Tammy Mary Froud Maxwell, along with his children, Cory Maxwell, Chelsea Maxwell, J. C. Maxwell, and Kierstyn Maxwell all of Alabama. Also 3 step-children, Jolene, Janel and Jordan Roi all of Troy. He also has 2 sisters; Candace Chapman of Fayetteville,N.C.; and Jackey Carlisle of Bell, Fla. Mr. Maxwell was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Troy and in Sidney. He graduated from Troy High School and the Upper Valley Joint Vocational School in 1984. He was employed at Emery in Vandalia, Ohio and Honda of Troy. Contributions may be made to the Children's Educational Fund at the 5/3 Bank Sherwood location.
