Teri Lynn (Sloan) Adamson, age 68, of Troy, passed away unexpectedly on November 3, 2022 at Kettering Main Campus Hospital.  She was born on July 22, 1954.

She is survived by her husband: Bruce Adamson; children: Micah (Gretchen) Adamson, Natalie (Chris Hall) Adamson and Elizabeth (Shawn) Laughman; Father and Mother: Bobbie and Janet Sloan; Brothers: Jeff (Sheila) Sloan and Bobbie (Diane) Sloan Jr.; Grandchildren: Gabrielle, James, Bryce, Kaylin, Conner, Dean, Whitney, Dylan and Madelynn; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother: Kelly Sloan.

Teri met Bruce in 1974, their first date was on Halloween that year. They were married January 18, 1975. Teri did home day care for many children for 40 plus years, retiring in 2019. Some say she could change a diaper faster than a NASCAR pit crew could change a tire. After retirement, she and Bruce would transport patients to Shrine hospitals in Lexington and Chicago. She touched many lives in her 68 years and will be missed by friends and family. Her giving continued after her death as she was an organ donor.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday, November 18, 2022, at Baird Funeral Home. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
