TERI S. "SIS" MCGOWAN, age 46, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2018 at her residence.  She was born on March 28, 1972 in Gallipolis, OH to the late Steve Winn and Brenda (Clifford) Detrick.

Teri is survived by her fiancé: Michael Wood of Troy; one son: Isaiah (Brooklynn) McGowan of Troy; brother: Gary (Beckie) Winn of Hamden, OH; granddaughter: Alana Grace McGowan; nephew: Jacob (Allie) Carte; and niece: Amber Winn.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
