Susan M. (Lamme) Taylor, age 65, of Troy, OH passed away on October 29, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on October 12, 1956 in Troy, OH to Jennie (Sullenberger) Simpson of Colorado Springs, CO and the late Robert "Bob" Lamme.

She is survived by her children: Jason (Julie) Taylor of Tipp City and Jennie (Josh) Gearhardt of Casstown; brothers: Michael (Candy) Lamme of Tipp City and Tony (Sylvia) Simpson of CO; five grandchildren: Jaclyn Taylor of Columbus; Dylan Taylor of Tipp City; Ethan Taylor of Tipp City; Ashlyn Gearhardt of Casstown and Haley Gearhardt of Casstown.

Susan was a 1975 graduate of Miami East High School.  She loved reading and attending her grandchildren's activities.  Family and friends were very important to her and she will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00PM on November 11, 2021 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy.  The family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00-7:00PM.  At her request, Susan's body was donated to Wright State for medical research.
