SUKHWINDER "SUKI" SANDHU, age 59, of Troy, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Troy Hospital.  He was born on March 25, 1961 in Punjab, India to the late Nirmal Singh and Jagir (Kaur) Sandhu.

Suki is survived by his wife: Surjit Sandhu; three daughters: Jessica Sandhu, Sam Sandhu and Harmeera Sandhu; two sisters: Balwinder (Amrik) Ghuman and Papinder (Gurmeet) Powar; one brother: Charnjit (Simran) Sandhu; and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother: Kulwinder Sandhu.

Suki was the business owner of a Sunoco Gas Station in Troy.  He was the pillar to his family and a supportive father.  He was a great role model for his family and community.

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home in Troy.
