Steve Blackmore Steve Blackmore, 58, of Troy, Ohio, passed away Sunday, November 30, 2008 at his residence. He was born on October 22, 1950 in Lima, Ohio, to Robert E. Blackmore of Troy and the late Jean T. Tecklenburg Blackmore. In addition to his father, Steve is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law: Larry and Sharon Blackmore and David and Ruthan Blackmore all of Troy; sisters and brother-in-law: Rita and Paul West of Hinsdale, Illinois and Jane Hum of Troy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his mother, Jean in 2007 and his sister, Ann Kraus Blackmore in 2004. He was a 1969 Graduate of Troy High School and a graduate of University of Cincinnati. Steve was a Florida Real Estate Broker, a private aircraft pilot, a farmer and a home builder who with his family, helped develop Saxony Woods subdivision in Troy.
