STEPHEN E. FARLEY

Stephen E. Farley, age 72, of Troy, passed away on January 15, 2017. He was born on February 18, 1944 to the late John and Aletha (Cochran) Farley. His beloved wife of nearly 30 years Cindy (Garrett) Farley survives.

Steve is survived by four daughters: Ladonna (Mitchell) Neeley, Kristina (Michael) Moore, Janet (Phil) Byrd and Stephanie Farley; two step-daughters: Lori (Tom) Hubble and Renee Herald; One brother: Junior Lee (Ann) Farley; one sister: Ella Mae (Nelson) Blue; five grandchildren: Dawn, Jake, Heather, Josh and Zach; five great grandchildren and his dog Max.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his sister Delores Davis, his brother John Farley and his granddaughter Jessica.

Steve was a member of Troy Christian Church where he served in many capacities including a Men's Ministry Team Leader and the Share The Warmth clothing ministry which he began with his wife Cindy. Steve retired from The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company after more than 30 years, retiring as a District Sales Manager.

Steve was loved and admired by a large extended family and many friends. He loved golf, The Ohio State University and the Cleveland Browns. He will be fondly remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor and his warm smile.

Funeral Services will be held at 7:00PM on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Baird Funeral Home in Troy, OH with Pastors Mark Messmore and Chris Heiss officiating. Friends may call from 4:00-7:00PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
