Shirley A. (Ashman) Stone, age 82, of Troy, OH passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit, Troy.  She was born on January 18, 1936 in Troy, OH to her parents: Robert R. and Betty J. (Welbaum) Ashman.  Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; brother: Robert D. Ashman and her beloved husband and son: Richard and Mark Stone.

Shirley is survived by her son: Matt Stone; brother: Randy (Cathy) Ashman; brother: Woody Ashman and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Shirley graduated from Troy High School in 1953 and retired from the BF Goodrich Company in 1998.  She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Troy.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services.  Interment will be held in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, OH.  If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the First United Church of Christ, 120 South Market Street, Troy, OH 45373.
