SHERI LEA DUCHAK, age 55, formerly of Troy, passed away on July 5, 2021 in Cape Coral, FL.  She was born on February 12, 1966 in Harrisburg, PA to Sally Morris of Savannah, GA and the late Roger Salyards.

Sheri is survived by her husband: Dave T. Duchack; two children: Casie J. Duchak and Kyle D. Duchak, both of Troy; three siblings: Tammy Rumbaugh of PA, Roger Salyards of GA and Jenny Coleman of GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sheri was a graduate of Newport High School and Shippensburg University.  She was an animal advocate.  Sheri volunteered at various animal shelters.

Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Greg Simmons officiating.  Family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
