Scott D. Stanze 46 of Troy, Ohio, died Saturday, September 24, 2005. Scott was born March 10, 1959 in Troy, Ohio, the son of David L. and Eldred "Tiny" Waters Stanze. Scott is survived by his wife Janet Sue Rife Stanze of 25 years, 1 son and and daughter-in-law; Anthony D. & Mary Stanze- Tipp City. Father-in-law and mother-in-law: Don and Pat Rife - Troy. 1 Brother and sister in law; Bill & Diana Stanze of Bradford, 2 sisters and 1 brother-in-law, Sue and Brian Work of Colorado, Shirley Biddle of Piqua. Sister-in-law, Chris Spurgeon He was preceded in Death by Parents and 1 Brother, Steve Spurgeon. Scott was a member of Crosspoint Church where he served as an Elder. He was a Member of NRA. A Volunteer for Hospice. An Avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan. He was an employee of Fabricator w/ Roconex. He was also Enrolled in PLI Pastoral Leadership Institute. Friends may visit at Baird Funeral Home Wednesday, September 28, from 5 to 8 PM. Services will be held Thursday, September 29, at 02:00 PM at Crosspoint Church 947 W. Main St. Troy, Ohio 45373. The service will be officiated by Pastor Daryl Fulp .
