Scott Patrick Mers, 36, died at James Cancer Hospital, Columbus, Ohio on Tuesday, November 6, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Linda Thompson; parents, David and Judy Mers;stepsons and wives, Jason and Libby Thompson; Terry Thompson; stepdaughter and husband: Tabby and Ben Greek; brothers, Mark and Craig; sisters-in-law, Teresa and Toni; nephew Clinton and one niece, Aarin Burke. He was the grandson of Esther M. Tester and the late Vernon Tester. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the Baird Funeral Home.
