Sasha Marie Smith, age 30, of Piqua, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021, at her residence.  She was born on January 5, 1991, in Troy to Michael G. and Dawn M. (Tillman) Smith of Fletcher.

In addition to her parents, Sasha is survived by her fiancé: Robert Maxwell of Piqua; two siblings: Summer (Royce) Yamada of Covington and Justin Smith of Sidney; nephews: Blaze and Kaidan; paternal grandmother: Shirley Smith of Piqua; and many aunts and uncles.  She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Jane and Bud Tillman; and her paternal grandfather: Clinton Smith.

Sasha attended Piqua City Schools, before becoming a graduate of both Miami East High School and Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua, where she majored in graphic arts. She was currently attending Edison State College.  Sasha loved graphic arts, animals, charities, music and her service dog, Blossom.  She also enjoyed pandas and spending time with her family.  She was employed at Brain Seed Testing Center.

Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery in Piqua.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
