Sarah B. Miller, age 73, of Troy, OH died Friday, March 2, 2007 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born January 16, 1934 in Perry County, Kentucky to the late Charlie Pitts and Bertie Lee McIntosh Pitts. She is survived by her former husband and best friend Elmer Miller of Troy; daughters Doris Pangburn of Albany, KY, Debbie Decker of Troy, OH and Darla Minton of Troy, OH; brother, Rex Pitts of Troy; sisters Nellie Daugherty of West Virginia and Eva Mae Stacey of Clyde, OH; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson Kenneth L. Apple. She was an active member, volunteer, and former secretary of the Vandalia Christian Tabernacle. She was retired from Brown Bridge Mills, Troy. Services 1:30 PM Monday, March 5 at the Vandalia Christian Tabernacle. Burial in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Friends may call the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, 2 - 5 pm Sunday and 12:30 - 1:30 pm Monday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
