Sandra Jean Clayton, age 67, of Troy, OH passed away on May 31, 2023 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on September 3, 1955 in Bristol, TN, to the late Calvin Shaffer and Buloxia (Chapman) Whitaker.

Sandra is survived by her daughters: Rebecca (John) Lear of Sidney, OH, and Bobbi Rose (Steve) Branch of Bristol, VA; sisters: Sharon Ray of Bristol, VA and Michelle (Brandon) Harold of Bristol, TN; four grandchildren: Andrew, Ashlee, Abigail and Mason; four great grandchildren: Chance, Abagail, Anakin and Leighann.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ron Clayton, brothers Steve, Jeff and Larry Shaffer and sister Linda Davis.

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at Tawawa Park in Sidney, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to ALS Association.  Condolences may be expressed to the family through www.bairdfuneralhome.com.
