SALLY L. McCOOL

SALLY L. McCOOL, age 77, of Covington, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 at her residence.  She was born on November 25, 1937 in Victorville, CA to the late Lloyd and Eva (Reed) Shaw.  Her husband of 52 years, Glen Edward McCool, preceded her in death on October 17, 2014.

Sally is survived by six children: Jackie L. McCool, of Portland, OR, Ruth E. Thompson of Casstown, OH, Glen R. (Elsbeth) McCool of Covington, OH, Melinda J. (Cris) Holm of Portland, OR, Samuel C. McCool of Covington, OH and Michael S. (Amy) McCool of Hurricane, UT; siblings: Natalie Margie Shaw Bellah, Laura Ruth Shaw Spence, Carolyn Rose Shaw McDonald, Samuel George Shaw, Susan Irene Shaw Horvath and Peggy Lynn Shaw O'Hara; and four grandchildren: Holly M. (Easton) Braithwaite, Amanda L. Thompson, Derek A. McCool and David T. McCool.  In addition to her parents and her husband, Sally was preceded in death by one brother: Laurence Lloyd (Johnny) Shaw.

Sally was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy, OH.  Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery in Covington, OH.  Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on Thursday at the funeral home.
