RUTH E. ADAMSON

Ruth E. Adamson, age 94, of Troy, OH passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.  She was born on February 12, 1922 in Richmond, IN to the late Harry and Alma (Crocker) Toschlog.

Ruth is survived by her three children: Brenda and Garry Luttrell of Kokomo, IN; Bruce and Teri Adamson of Troy and Barbara and Mike Siatu'u of Troy; sister: Lois Stevens of Greenville; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; husband: James; sister: Mary Louise Abel; brother: Robert Toschlog and infant brother: Charles Toschlog.

Ruth was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Troy and a former member of the Classic Ladies and the Centerville, IN Women's Club.  She loved jigsaw puzzles, playing cards, bingo and watching the birds.

Services will be held at 12:00PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH with the Rev. Fr. James Duell officiating. Interment will take place at 3:00PM on Tuesday in Buena Vista Cemetery, Farmland, IN.  The family will receive from 10:00AM-12:00PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 409 East Main Street, Troy, OH 45373.
