Ruth I. Millhouse, age 83, of Troy, passed away on November 1, 2022, after a short illness.  She was born on February 5, 1939, in Sunbury, OH, to the late Howard and Dorothy (Gump) Andrus.

Ruth is survived by three children: Ila Millhouse of Troy, Rodney (Jan) Millhouse of Tipp City and Tony (Krista) Millhouse of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; sister-in-law: Mary Andrus; grandchildren: Haley Millhouse and Addison Millhouse, both of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Donald C. Millhouse; three sisters: Pauline Brumfield, Jean McFatridge and Lois Moore; and three brothers: Carl Andrus, Ed Andrus and Don Andrus.

Ruth was a member of Troy Church of the Brethren.  She was also a long-time 4-H advisor and retired from BF Goodrich.

Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor Jon Keller officiating.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy. Family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Monday, November 7, 2022, at the funeral home.
