Ruth Shearer Lambert of Troy died Monday, April 2, 2001. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank M. and Sabina Bridenbaugh Shearer; husband, Walter D. Lambert; six brothers, Paul, Edward, Harold, Carl, Richard and Donald Shearer. She is survived by her daughter, Joan Lambert; sisters-in-law, Mae Sotzing and Elaine Shearer; granddaughter Cherie Estey and her husband, Bruce Land; two grandchildren, Jason and Amy Griggs; step-greatgrandchild, Joshua Land and her constant companion her dog, Scout. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ; Order of the Eastern Star; Tipp City American Legion Auxiliary; Friendship Force and a lifetime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose.
