Ruth M. Kannard, age 85 of Troy, Ohio died Sunday, January 6, 2002. She was preceded in death by her parents, August F. and Mary Josephine Aubert Simon; her husband J. W. Kannard; five brothers and four sisters. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. A member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy she was a retired office manager with McGraw Chevrolet, Troy.
