Ruth E. Grauser of Sidney, Ohio and formerly of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Monday, September 15, 2003. She died at the Dorothy Love Retirement Community. She was born November 27, 1905 to the late Clarence And Dolly Kessler Cress. She was preceeded in death by her husband, W. Richard Grauser. She has 1 child, Beverly Merritt of Atlanta, Ga. She also has 2 grandchildren. Ms. Grauser was a retired bookkeeper. There will be private family services at a later date.
