Russell Dunn, 74, of Piqua, Ohio and formerly of Troy and Medway, Ohio died on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the Heartland of Piqua, Piqua, Ohio. He was born on December 24, 1930 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Willie and Victoria Lykins Dunn. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helen Yantis in 1992. Along with his parents and wife preceding him in death are numerous brothers and sisters; and one great grandson, Tyler. He is survived by seven children; sons and daughters-in-law; Jerry & Donna Gross of Jay, FL; Gregory & Brenda Gross of Troy, OH; Rusty & Jean Dunn of Piqua, OH; Russ Myers of Dayton, OH; daughters and sons-in-law; Cheryl Ann & Ric Beck of Fort Worth, TX; Debbie & Rev. Scott Wooddell of Fort Worth, TX; and Ann & Ed Kelker of Vandalia, OH; also nineteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. He was a member of UFCW Local Union at his work; loved bowling; was a member of a card club and loved the outdoors. He retired from Dinner Bell Foods after 30+ years as a Truck Driver. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2005 at 1:00PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Rev. Scott Wooddell officiating. Friends may call at Baird Funeral Home, Troy on Saturday, February 26, 2005 from 4-7PM. Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio. Contributions may be made to the Donor's Favorite Charity.
