Ruby R. "Dolly" Wears, age 92, of Troy, Ohio died Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at the Heartland of Piqua. Born of the late, Edgar and Parthena Duff Wheatherholt. She was married to Woodrow W. Wears who preceded her in death August 23, 1982. Two brothers and six sisters also preceed her in death. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Ava and Lester Ellis and Charlotte and Douglas Stager; seven grandchildren, Sue Yaney, Dinah Roach, Carol Spearman, Randy Stager, Scott Stager, Barbara Coomes, and Kirk Stager, 16 great-grandchildren, and three great-greatgrandchildren. A member of the Baptist Faith, her family was her life along with her enjoyment of gardening and quilting. She retired from Dinner Bell Foods after 27 years of service. Memorial contributions may be made to donor's choice of charity in Ruby's name.
