Ruby Ellen Klockner Ruby Ellen Klockner, age 76, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 8:00AM Wednesday, February 27, 2008, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born on January 2, 1932, in Troy, Ohio, to the late Samuel and Leona Breese Yount. Her husband of 55 years, Richard W. Klockner, survives. She is also survived by her daughters and sons-in-law: Kris and Larry Fields and Tammy and John Shellhaas all of Troy; brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Alice Yount of Troy; four grandchildren: Katie Fields, Ben Shellhaas, Betsy Shellhaas and Olivia Fields; and step-granddaughter, Tricia Fields-Taylor. Mrs. Klockner was a 1949 graduate of Troy High School. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy where she taught Sunday School for 18 years. She was also a Girl Scout Leader and a member of the Order of Eastern Star, 256, the Cotillion Club and the Tiara Club all of Troy. Mrs. Klockner worked at the Miami County Veterans Service Center and also alongside her husband for many years at Klockner & Associates of Troy, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Monday, March 3, 2008, at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev's Al and Carol Bastin officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
