Ross E. Parker II, age 61, of Troy, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022, at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County in Troy.  He was born on April 28, 1960, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ross E. Parker I and Emilia (Rura) Parker.

Ross is survived by his sister: Pamela (Ken) Frisch of Bowling Green, OH; brother-in-law: David Volk of Cincinnati, OH; nephews: Benjamin, Joshua and Michael; nieces: Janice, Julia, Autumn, Cheyenne, Brianna and Larissa.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Sharon Volk and Carol Liveston.

Ross was a 1979 graduate of Troy High School and earned his master's degree from the University of Dayton.  He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Troy.  He also volunteered at the Troy Hayner Cultural Center and local food pantries.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with a service to follow at 12:30 pm.  A private interment will be held in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
