Rosemarie L. Priest, 67, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Monday, April 26, 2004 at Good Samaritian Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was born on July 30, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Albert J. & Auguste C. Zimmerman Burger. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Richard E. Priest and her two children; Richard A. Julie E. Priest of Troy, Ohio and Elaine Marie Dettleff Olson of Englewood, Ohio. She also is survived by a brother, Albert F. Jill Burger of Jackson, Ohio; four grandchildren; Kristen Olson, Eric Olson, Adam Priest and Ryan Priest; two nieces; Kevyn Burger and Marjorie Irazuzta. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church; Troy Senior Citizens as Assistant Director; Worked with the FISH Organization; Awarded the Sertoma Award; Volunteered with Riverside School; and worked with special needs at Edwards Elementary School. She was a graduate of Julianne High School and attended University of Dayton. She worked at the Miami County Abuse Center in Troy, Ohio. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Dayton, Ohio. There will be a Rosary Service at 7:45PM Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to Miami County Family Abuse Center.
