Rosa Lee Stiltner, age 59 of Troy, Ohio died Saturday, January 13, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Larry B.; son and daughter-in-law, Larry D. and Henrietta; daughter, Tara ''Beth''; brother, William J. Brown; sisters, Idella Harper and Margaret Stiltner; grandchildren, John Randall Stiltner; Krista Marie Pennington; Lisa Renee, William Joseph and Robert Lee Stilner and Jennifer Roseann Hakes. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Thomas and Ada May Brown Sr.; daughter, Kerry Lee Stiltner and brother, Roy Thomas Brown Jr. Mrs. Stiltner was a former member of the Church of God, Mountain Assembly of Troy; a graduate of Belfry High School in Belfry, KY and a former employee of St. Regis Co., Troy.
