Ronald J. Webb, age 77, of Troy, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022, at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center.  He was born on August 17, 1944, in Piqua, to the late Elden and Ethel (Carity) Webb.

Ron is survived by two daughters: Sonja (Pat) Besecker and Peggy (Mike) Shinkle, both of Troy; two brothers: Larry (Sandy) Webb and Phil (Jane) Webb, both of Troy; two grandchildren: Matthew (Brittany) Besecker of Troy and Megan (Dylan) Owen of Sidney; two great grandchildren: Diana Owen and Dexter Owen; and extended family and friends.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years: Lydia "Jane" Webb; and two grandsons: Jacob and Cody Shinkle.

Ron was a 1963 graduate of Troy High School.  He loved his family, camping and woodcarving.  Ron was a Stationary Engineer at Piqua Power Plant and Hobart Corporation before retiring from Delphi.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Riverside Cemetery in Troy.
