Ronald H. Rogers Ronald H. Rogers, age 71, of Troy, Ohio, departed this life on the 29th of March, 2011. He was born on March 22, 1940 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Ralph Anderson and Lillian North Rogers. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Barbara A. Jacobs Rogers; his sons, Robert W. and Darrel S. Rogers both of Dayton; daughter, Skie Johnson of Troy; grandchildren: Casey Tipton, Chekera Rogers, and Zachary Tipton; numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends, Selma Sherman and Rick Fisher. In addition to his parents, Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by his sister, Doris Wirrig. He was a member and past trustee of St. James Community Church, Troy. He gave 41 years of service to Hobart Corporation in Troy and served 8 years as caretaker for RT Industries, Troy. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at St. James Community Church, Troy, with Pastor Vickie Evans officiating and Bishop Lakin co-officiating.
