Ronald D. Hirth, age 87, of Troy, Ohio passed away at Hospice of Miami County in Troy.  He was born on November 30, 1936 in Rockford, Illinois to the late Henry and Melba (Leonard) Hirth.

Ron is survived by his wife of 39 years of marriage: Patricia L. (Komorowski) Hirth along with six children, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister.

He served his country in the US Air Force.  Ron retired after many years of service with AO Smith in Tipp City.

He was a member of the First Lutheran Church and a former member of the Elks Lodge in Troy.  He enjoyed outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

A Celebration of Life will take place from 1:00PM-3:00PM on May 18, 2024 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Memorial contributions may be made in Ron's memory to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
