Ron Amann, age 87, Springfield, formerly of Casstown, OH passed away on March 24, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton, OH.  He was born on March 23, 1937 in Dayton, OH to the late Melvin G. and Myrtle L. (Spencer) Amann.

He is survived by his sons: Vincent Lee Amann of Springfield, OH, and Steve Dean Amann of Spain; granddaughters: Christin (Sam) Hurwitz of Kettering and Ashley (Kevin) Humphreys of Trenton; great grandchildren: Madison, Abigail, Zachary; great great grandchild due in September; and siblings: John Amann of Dayton and Elden Amann of Richmond, IN.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years: Judy Amann; and one brother: Dennis Amann.

Ron retired from Dave Arbogast in Troy, OH.  He was a member of Troy Fish & Game and NRA.  He enjoyed collectibles, cars and motorcycles.
