Roger Louis Phillips Roger Louis Phillips, 33, of Vandalia, OH, formerly of Tipp City, OH, died Thurs. September 6, 2007, at his residence. He was born February 21, 1974 in Troy, OH, to the late John T. Phillips, 1993, and Bonnie L. Wright Thompson, 2006. He is survived by his two sons: Jonathan and Zachary Phillips; Aunts: Kathie and J.D. Rutt of Troy and LeeAnn and Steve Hughes of Brookville, OH; Special cousin, Erin and Victor Cortez of San Antonio, TX and many other cousins; maternal grandfather, James D. and Lillie Wright; Paternal grandmother, Phyllis Harlow of Englewood, OH; Uncles: Dewey and Marsha Phillips, Mike and Maxine Phillips and Tom and Marilyn Phillips; and special "Uncle" Jerry Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents and maternal grandmother, Ruby Hardie. Services will be at 11:00AM Wednesday, September 12, 2007, at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Ed Ellis officiating.
