Roger Jackson Fulker, DDS, age 95, of Troy, OH passed away on October 3, 2025 at Clare Bridge of Troy. He was born on September 7, 1930 in Troy to the late Vivian Esta and Martha (Jackson) Fulker.

He is survived by his wife of 71 years of marriage: Katharine (Hahn) Fulker; four children: Katharine (Donald) Whitley of Katy, TX, Teresa (Harry) Atwater of S. Pasadena, CA, James Roger (Lisa) Fulker of Malibu, CA and Jocelyn Coburn of Orcutt, CA; one brother: John Fulker of Troy; eight grandchildren: Jonathan and James Whitley, Jackson and Cory Atwater, Haley and Audrey Fulker and Alan and William Coburn.

He was a 1948 graduate of Troy High School and also graduated from Miami University, where he belonged to Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity.  Dr. Fulker then received his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in June 1955, and was Art Director of the first Dental School yearbook.  He received his license to practice dentistry from the Ohio State Dental Board the same month.  He played on both the Miami University and Ohio State Tennis teams.  Following his graduation, he was commissioned in the US Army Dental Corps as a 1st Lieutenant.  In June 1956, Dr. Fulker was advanced to the rank of Captain.  In 1985, Dr. Fulker retired from practicing dentistry after 35 years of service to the Troy community.

Celebration of Roger's life will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  We invite anyone to share a favorite memory or story of Roger at the end of the gathering.
