Rodney Dwayne Woodrow Rodney Dwayne Woodrow, age 33, of Troy, Ohio, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at his residence. He was born on March 11, 1977 in Piqua, Ohio to Larry G. Woodrow of Troy and Helen Kelch Woodrow of Goshen, Ohio. In addition to his parents, Rodney is survived by his sister, Julie Woodrow of Goshen, Ohio. He was a 1995 graduate of Troy High School.
