Rochelle A. Miller, age 84, of Tipp City, passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on May 2, 1939 in Piqua, OH to the late R.C. and Bette (Barnhart) Miller.

Rochelle is survived by her husband: James D. Miller of 58 years; son: James Mowery; daughter: Kathy Mowery; stepdaughter: Cindy Brown; sisters: Barbara Treon and Rhonda Hefner and two grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepdaughter: Cheryl Miller.

Rochelle had a love of nature.
