Robert "Bob" Wayne Karnehm age 85 of Conover, Ohio passed away on September 21, 2023.

He was born December 1, 1937 to the late Edson and Virginia (Sweigart) Karnehm. Bob is survived by his wife of 67 years of marriage Norma (Smith) Karnehm, his sister Peggy (Tom) Ross, Niece Amy Roof, his six sons Richard (Babbie) Karnehm of Fletcher; Mark (Jean) Karnehm of Bradford; Ron (Debi) Karnehm of Fletcher; Gary Karnehm of Troy; Stuart Karnehm of Conover; Kevin Karnehm of Fletcher, his grandchildren Bryan Karnehm; Stephanie (Michael) Hartley; Samantha (Matt) Everett; Kasie (Tyler) Clarkson; Tabitha Karnehm; Benjamin (Moli) Karnehm; Devin Karnehm; Trevor Karnehm; Elizabeth (Nick) Morrow; Dawn (Tom) Wallace and 14 great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by two grandchildren Christopher Cody Karnehm and Cameron Stuart Karnehm, and Niece Jennifer Richardson.

Bob was a 1955 Brown Local Graduate. He did volunteer work for the Miami East football chain gang and organized the little league football for years. Bob worked for Hobart Brothers Company for 35 years. He was a proud member of the Miami County Cattlemen's and active with 4-H for 65 years. He was a member of the Farm Bureau, Miami County Antique Tractor Association, member of the Miami County Livestock Committee and Miami County Fair Board Cattle Committee.  He served on the Miami East School Board for 16 years, member of Miami East Alumni Committee, Miami East Athletic Club, Miami East Bus Rodeo volunteer for 30 years, recipient of the Farmers Degree from the Miami East FFA and an AB Graham Center volunteer. He did custom baling for several years and was with the Lena and Casstown Elevators for 8 years. Bob loved farming, raising cattle, and being active with 4-H. He enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends. Bob was always happy and friendly. People were never strangers to him just friends he hasn't met yet. So many people have great memories of Bob Karnehm.

The family will receive friends from 12:00PM – 5:00PM on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the Duke Lundgard Building at Miami County Fairgrounds and followed by a service at 6:00PM.  Private family burial to be held.
