Robert E. Manson, age 76, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Ohio's Hospice of Miami County in Troy.  He was born on January 15, 1946, in Troy to the late James Leroy Franklin and Mildred Louise (Hayslett) Manson.

Robert is survived by his wife of 38 years: Kristy L. (Becker) Manson; three children: Robert D. Manson of Troy, Sharon Miller of Piqua and Rodney Manson of KY; three siblings: Dixie Warner, Steve Manson and Joe Manson, all of Troy; one sister-in-law: Sue Manson of West Milton; and three grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter: Robin Cantrell; two brothers: Mike Manson and James Manson; two sisters-in-law: Doris Manson and Linda Manson; and one brother-in-law: Kenny Warner.

Robert worked for Tube Products for 43 years before retiring from Faurcia.  He liked working with wood and taking kids on tractor rides.  Robert loved being in church and sang with the Gospel Light Singers.  They went to different nursing homes and sang songs to the elderly.  Robert also loved all kinds of animals.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Riverside Cemetery in Troy.
