Robert C. "Rob" Centers

Robert C. “Rob” Centers, age 60, of Dayton, OH, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Grandview Hospital in Dayton. He was born on November 23, 1965 in Sidney, OH to Wanda Sue (Sowders) Pecoskie of Dayton, OH and the late Lloyd Jr. Centers.

Rob is survived by children: Brittani (Kyle) Centers of Troy, OH, Robbie Centers of Englewood, OH, Tyler (Nicole) Centers of KY, Samantha (Lance) Bowling of KY, Dallas (Mikaela) Bell-Centers of Dayton, OH, Parker Centers of Dayton, OH and Chase Centers of Dayton, OH; grandchildren: Wyatt Jackson, Warren Jackson, Benjamin Jackson, Haven Luken, Haizley Luken, Jackson Carey, Millie Carey and Caroline Centers; brother: Jimmy (Kay) Centers of TN; sister: Tina (Jamie) Brown of Englewood, OH; aunts: Charlotte Scholck of Huber Heights, OH, Patsy Bunner of KY and Paulette Barry of KY. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his aunts: Delores Broyles and Geraldine Griffis; uncles: Lonnie Sowders, Jerry Sowders and Issac Sowders.

Rob had a protestant faith and was a lifelong Chef.

Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Baird Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Wolf Creek Cemetery in Williamsburg, KY on Friday, September 25, 2026.
