Robert Dean "Bob" Tolbert, age 82, of Troy, OH went home to be with The Lord on November 24, 2025 at his residence. He was born on May 3, 1943, in Alliance, OH,  to the late Donald and Mary Lucille (Cartwright) Tolbert.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years of marriage: June Tondelayo (Webster) Tolbert; grandson: Zachariah Spade; granddaughter: Sundara Spade; great grandchildren: Milani, Ava, Memphis and Aubree.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Terry D. Tolbert; daughter: Sharene Diane Spade; brother: Daniel Tolbert; and sister: Patricia Mansman.

Bob was formerly a longtime deacon with Grace Brethren Church.  He was a welder and worked with Plumbers & Pipefitter Local #162, later becoming president of the Local for eight years.  Following this employment, he worked for 15 years as a pressure piping inspector for the State of Ohio.  Bob loved working and building with metal and wood.  He was a jack of all trades, even building a car on his own.

Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 28, 2025, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy. Interment will follow in Casstown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
