Obituary
Rita M. "Judee" Harbaugh, age 74, of Troy, OH passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2019. Judee was born on November 14, 1944 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Arthur Singer and Joy (Baumgardt) Singer Smith.
Judee is survived by her husband: Philip W. Harbaugh; daughters: Patricia Orlijan and Kimberly Orlijan; grandson: Rowan Orlijan-Rhyne; siblings: Diana Reigle, Karis Bellisario and Steven Smith.
In addition to her parents, Judee was preceded in death by her stepfather: Roy Smith and other siblings.
No public services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Animal Shelter, 1110 North County Road 25A, Troy, OH 45373.
