Rickford "Rick" Neil Reineke, 58 of St. Paris, Ohio died Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at his residence. He was born October 2, 1950 in Piqua, Ohio to Clarence "Bud" and Dorothy Kathryn Ely Reineke. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda S. Mumford Reineke; Daughter and son-in-law: Melissa and Henry Pacey of Enum Claw, Washington; Son and daughter-in-law: Jamie and Melissa Reineke of Troy, Ohio; and Stepdaughter and son-in-law: Monica and Chris Durand of Troy, Ohio; Brother, Kirk Reineke of Charlotte, North Carolina; Five grandchildren: Taylor and Noel Reineke, Gavin and Aiden Pacey, and Zane Reineke; Three step-grandchildren: Baylee Pacey, Caitlyn Swallows, Brittany and Logan Durand. He was preceded in death by his father. In 2006, Rick retired from the US Air Force after 33 years, having served in Vietnam, Desert Storm and the Gulf War. Funeral services will be at 10:30AM Monday, March 2, 2009 at the Baird Funeral Home - Troy, Ohio with Pam Linderson, Chaplain officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Troy with Full Military Honors. Friends may call on the family from 4-6PM Sunday February 28, 2009 at the funeral home.
