Richard Allen Shaw, 78, of Tipp City, passed away at his home. He was born on October 19, 1944 on Hook Rd in Silvercreek Twp., Greene County, Ohio to Chester Alford Shaw and Erma Jean (Entsminger) Shaw.

He was a 1962 graduate of Greeneview High School. He was a long-time employee of Twist manufacturing in Jamestown, Ohio. He became disabled and retired to Tipp City, Ohio. He enjoyed watching movies, several TV series, completing puzzles and became a huge adult coloring book fan, often adding to the pictures. He also enjoyed watching racing of many kinds.

He is survived by his children, Carlene Shaw, Kathleen Phillips (Daniel); grandchildren Jeremy Denton, Courtney Walker, Hayley Corbit; several great-grandchildren; sister Phyllis Rose (Keith).

He his preceded in death by his parents and sister, Connie Pichot.

A private graveside service and burial has been planned.
